6) Cafe Chain
-As at 30 September 2016, the Group has a total of 238 cafe outlets.
-204 in Malaysia
-9 in Singapore
-23 in Indonesia
-1 in Australia
-1 in China
-Operation will continue to focus on a menu platform to encourage higher frequency among its existing customer base while attracting new users.
-Singapore will follow suits with the introduction of the “Basic Concept”.
-Indonesia Market, the group granted the right to the Master Licensee in Indonesia to establish and operate outlets in Bali and Jawa,Indonesia in 2011.
-Indonesia Market, the group granted the second Master License in June 2014 to cover the rest of Indonesia.
-Australia Market, Execution of the Master License Agreement in May 2014.
-China Market, the group currently seeking business partners for licensing activities. As China has large population base and growing disposable income.
Mynmar Market, the group is expanding toYangon, Mynmar.
7) Manufacturing of Berverage
-In domestic market, the group will continue to invest in advertising, digital marketing campaigns and distribution network to strengthen its brand competitiveness in the marketplace.
-In International market, the group will maintain its strategy of growing its market share in the key Asia’s countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
